SHIPPING POLICY

DESTINATIONS

The Wardrobe posts both Hire and Retail gowns Australia Wide. Retail gowns can be shipped worldwide but please contact our customer service team prior to checking out - hello@thewardrobe.online

 

DELIVERY RATES AND TIMES

 All products are sent using the Australia Post Satchel Service and are dispatched from our local Post Office (4034). You can use the Australia post website to estimate delivery times to your postcode: 

  auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/

Postage rates can be checked on our store pages. 

 

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

- The Wardrobe is not liable for any mistakes made in the checkout by the customer which result in shipping       delays. An additional postage fee will be charged to get the product back to you.

- Any shipping costs paid by The Wardrobe is not reimbursed in the case of a store credit/refund.

- Shipping Times are estimated by Australia Post and The Wardrobe is not liable for any shipping delays by their    carries or associates.

Return & Exchange Policy

RETURNS POLICY 

The Wardrobe will happily accept the return of full price, unworn, unwashed, unmarked, unaltered, and undamaged product for a store credit only. We also allow exchanges for other items in our store, You will be provided with a store credit to re-order your exchange. Refunds will not be given for incorrect sizing, change of mind or shipping delays. 

RETURNS PROCESS + CONDITIONS

- All Return Requests are to be made via email - hello@thewardrobe.online

- All eligible products must be returned within 14 days (2 weeks) of the initial purchase. You MUST  post your item    within the 14 day bracket and attempts made outside of this period will be declined and returned to customer. 

- The customer is responsible for all return-shipping costs.

- Items must be unworn and unwashed and free of any smells.

- Items must be free of any stains/markings e.g. Fake tan/Make-up.

- Items must have all tags, including any original hangtags attached.

 

STORE CREDIT

- Store Credit can only be used online or in our Brisbane Boutique.

- Store Credit cannot be transferred to another person.

- Your Store Credit is valid for 1 Year (12 months)
