Refunds will not be given for change of mind. If you cancel your hire you will receive a store credit to the full amount of your hire gown. This can be used at any time on any service in our boutique - Hair, Makeup, Dress Hire, Tanning, Lash Extensions and/or Brow Services. A refund will be given if your event has been cancelled, we would like to especially emphasise this during the COVID pandemic.

ORDER CONFIRMATION PROCESS
Once your order is placed you will received an email outlining your order summary and payment details. Once an order is dispatched you will received a automatically generate email outlining your tracking information/details.
Please ensure to regularly check your junk/spam folders, sometimes our emails sneak in!
All orders are processed Monday thru Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm AEST. Processing times may take between 2 - 3 days but our team will work hard to ensure minimal processing times.

Once your order has been processed it with either be ordered in ( Pre - Order ) or wait in our shipping queue to be dispatched. Once the product leaves our physical location delivery times then apply. See our delivery times here.
All orders made via the online store cannot be cancelled due to change of mind or delays outside of The Wardrobes' control.

Even though we strive our very best to display the true colour of the garment as accurate as possible on our website, many factors can have an impact on the colour you view on your device's screen/monitor.

pre - order policy
PRE - ORDER MEANS THAT THE ITEM IS NO CURRENTLY IN STOCK AND WILL BE SENT TO OUR HQ ONCE YOUR ORDER IS PLACED.
The benefit of using a pre - order system is that your size and colour preference is guaranteed and we rarely run out of your favourite styles. Demand can be incredibly high on certain items and we regularly sell out within days when not using a pre - order system.
- Pre - Orders cannot be cancelled/refunded once place, however you may change to another garment that is in stock or be issued with a store credit.
- The Wardrobe is not held liable for unforeseen delays when making a pre - order purchase so please ensure you have time to spare before your event. A total of 3 weeks is needed for the product to reach you : It will first come to our HQ and be dispatched via Australia Post from there.
Re-cuts may differ in colour to the original cut as displayed on the website. This is due to fabric sourcing where an entirely new batch of fabric has been used. Even though the colour of the fabric sourced is as close as possible to the original colour shown, we will not be held liable for any minor variations.
